Speech by the Chairman of the Board of Directors on the upcoming year 2025

Dear business partners and friends,

Let me respectfully address you at the end of this calendar year. While this year undoubtedly presented its share of challenges, we have also witnessed significant innovation and collective accomplishments.

This year, Aliter achieved remarkable progress by successfully developing and delivering innovative products, services, and technical solutions to our customers. Also in 2024, we launched a new ruggedized R&D product series for a customer from Scandinavia and we also have some big news coming. We will update you on both matters soon after the New Year. It was our collective dedication, creativity, and professionalism that have driven our success both at home and abroad.

Moreover, our efforts in fostering deeper relationships with clients and partners have been fruitful, too. It's important to note that this success extends beyond mere technological advancement. Each accomplishment demonstrates our growing strength as a team and our commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration. Notwithstanding the various obstacles encountered this year, we have exhibited a high degree of flexibility and adaptability. Our people are the heart and soul of the company, and I am immensely proud of each and every one of them. Their tireless work ethic, unwavering commitment to excellence, and adherence to our core values drive our success as a business.

New challenges await us next year, but I am convinced that we will face them and overcome them together once again. Moving forward, we will remain committed to innovation, continuous improvement of our offerings, and the preservation of our distinctive corporate culture.
