What will be your task?
leading a team responsible for internal and external customer support
coordination and supervision of IT support activities and active communication with customers in the framework of solving requirements
responsibility for service, maintenance, configuration of IT infrastructure and ensuring monitoring of IT system operation
management of internal infrastructure and application systems
supervision of compliance with the standards defined by the company for the field of IT services
active participation in ISO audits
active support and participation in projects and their implementation together with your team
analysis of the work activities of the team and creation of reports for the management of the company
communication and coordination of cooperation with customers, vendors and suppliers
What should you meet?

IT
Number of years of experience:
experience of at least 3-5 years in the field of IT operations, with at least 1-2 years in a leading position
Driver's license:
type B
Language skills:
English language - Intermediate (B2)
Personal prerequisites and skills
ability to lead a team, effectively manage resources, motivate and develop team members
the ability to effectively distribute tasks according to the skills of team members and ensure high-quality and timely work
quick and effective decision-making, the ability to analyze problems and choose the best solutions
ability to effectively communicate technical matters with team members as well as non-technical stakeholders and coordinate activities with other departments
willingness to learn new technologies and procedures, ability to adapt to changes in the IT environment
Professional prerequisites:
active knowledge of the English language is a prerequisite
the ability to accurately and comprehensibly document procedures and create clear reports on the performance and state of the IT infrastructure
experience in managing IT operations, infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage and cloud technologies
ITIL certification and experience with tools and processes for incident and change management (in terms of ITIL)
technology certificates from the IT area and the cloud (Azure) are welcome
knowledge of system monitoring, diagnostics, and security tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or Splunk
knowledge of domain management technologies, certification authority, end users, end stations, internal devices, software, asset management is an advantage:
