SW application development team leader / SW Architect

We are looking for an experienced team leader for the development of SW applications (SW architect) who will manage the development and implementation of innovative and durable solutions, primarily in the field of cloud using microservice architecture. This position will be responsible for managing multiple projects involving private cloud infrastructure and monitoring systems while leading a team of developers to build efficient, scalable and secure applications.

What will be your task?

  • Leading a team of 15 developers and providing mentorship to the team.

  • Responsibility for the quality and efficiency of development processes and methodology.

  • Experience with static code analysis tools, unit testing, code optimization and collaboration tools.

  • Managing project scope, schedule and quality control.

  • Ability to create technological solutions based on customer specifications.

  • Design and supervision of SW development using Azure (AWS) and microservice architecture.

  • Implementation of technical prototypes, creation and maintenance of technical documentation.

  • Development and maintenance of DevOps pipeline for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab.

  • English Language - Advanced (C1)

Personal prerequisites and skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a team leader, architect or similar role in software development.

  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams, mentor developers and communicate effectively.

Professional prerequisites:

  • Technical skills: Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Docker, Apache Kafka, Grafana and Prometheus technologies, SQL and noSQL databases, integration patterns (REST, SOAP, ETL).

  • Cloud expertise: Knowledge and hands-on experience with the Azure platform.

  • Architecture: Proven experience with microservices, cloud migration, cloud architecture, logical/physical SW application model designs.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 (or equivalent)

  • Certified SOA architectx

* €3600/month. The stated salary represents the minimum level, the final amount of the salary will be fine-tuned depending on the experience and individual skills of the applicant.
