What will be your task?
leading a small HR BP team
creating statistics, reports, active work with data, budgeting
preparing a strategy and its subsequent implementation
providing professional advice and supervision for managers on HR issues
monitoring legislative changes
independent management of the entire selection process and subsequent care for employees throughout the entire work cycle
training and development of employees
creating a benefit program
active participation in building corporate culture and employee engagement in cooperation with marketing
implementing HR processes, bringing innovations and new ideas within HR processesWhat should you meet?

Personal prerequisites and skills
experience with HR budgeting required
MS Excel advanced - positive attitude towards working with numbers required
experience with managing a smaller HR team required
8 years of experience in various HR areas
overview of the Labor Code
ability to connect individual information and sort priorities
