What will be your task?

  • leading a small HR BP team

  • creating statistics, reports, active work with data, budgeting

  • preparing a strategy and its subsequent implementation

  • providing professional advice and supervision for managers on HR issues

  • monitoring legislative changes

  • independent management of the entire selection process and subsequent care for employees throughout the entire work cycle

  • training and development of employees

  • creating a benefit program

  • active participation in building corporate culture and employee engagement in cooperation with marketing

  • implementing HR processes, bringing innovations and new ideas within HR processesWhat should you meet?

The position is suitable for applicants with education:

  • university I. degree

  • university II. degree

Language skills:

  • English language - Intermediate (B2)

Number of years of experience:

  • 8 years

Driver's license:

  • type B

Personal prerequisites and skills

  • experience with HR budgeting required

  • MS Excel advanced - positive attitude towards working with numbers required

  • experience with managing a smaller HR team required

  • 8 years of experience in various HR areas

  • overview of the Labor Code

  • ability to connect individual information and sort priorities

  • positive attitude towards technologies

  • responsibility, precision, accuracy

  • willingness to find solutions

  • pleasant demeanor

  • presentation skills

  • building and developing interpersonal relationships
