What will be your task?

The project manager acts as an independent coordinator of the entire life cycle of an IT project, from its initialization through implementation, testing, to transition to operation and handover to service.

In the case of a more complex subcontractor structure, he also manages and coordinates the deliveries of subcontractors. Within the company, he acts as the main communication channel for the project team, project sponsors and other interested parties on the project. He works closely with the sales team.

  • preparation of bids for tenders for foreign clients

  • is responsible for the coordination, implementation, realization and control of the designated projects

  • manages projects of medium to large scale

  • leads the project through all phases of the project life cycle

  • helps in defining the scope, objectives and outputs of the project

  • communicates with customers, suppliers and subcontractors as well as the internal team

  • develops a detailed plan for each phase of the project

  • plans the project timeline

  • manages the project budget

  • manages the allocation of project resources

  • analyzes and manages possible risks

  • manages the project documentation

  • performs status reports and continuously informs about the project and its milestones

  • implements and manages project changes

  • ensures the delivery of the work to the customer

What should you meet?

The position is suitable for applicants with education:

  • university degree I

  • university II. degree

  • university III. degree

Language skills:

  • English language - Intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge:

  • Microsoft Word - Advanced

  • Microsoft Excel - Advanced

  • Microsoft Outlook - Advanced

  • Microsoft PowerPoint - Advanced

  • Microsoft Project - Advanced

Driving licence:

  • type B

Number of years of experience:

  • 4 years

Personal prerequisites and skills

  • experience in managing infrastructure and/or SW projects

  • knowledge of at least one planning tool for project management

  • Prince2 Practitioner certification or equivalent

  • experience in managing people, possibly also subcontractors

  • strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills

  • analytical thinking, consistency, precision, responsibility and customer orientation

  • ability to work creatively and analytically to solve problems

  • experience with bid management

  • 4 or more years in the position of project management, delivery management - in the field of infrastructure and/or software IT projects.

* €2000/month. The stated salary represents the minimum level, the final amount of the salary will be fine-tuned depending on the experience and individual skills of the applicant.
