What will be your task?
administrative and organizational support for the company's management
organizing meetings
arranging business trips
handling regular correspondence
ensuring the interface between the company's employees and the company's management
responsibility for any communication with the state administration, local government and other entities according to instructions
ensuring the operation of the administrative premises of the TOP management offices
solving operational tasks
management of the registry and archive
working hours 8:30 - 17:00
