What will be your task?

  • administrative and organizational support for the company's management

  • organizing meetings

  • arranging business trips

  • handling regular correspondence

  • ensuring the interface between the company's employees and the company's management

  • responsibility for any communication with the state administration, local government and other entities according to instructions

  • ensuring the operation of the administrative premises of the TOP management offices

  • solving operational tasks

  • management of the registry and archive

  • working hours 8:30 - 17:00

What should you meet?

The position is suitable for applicants with education:

  • high school with graduation

  • extension/higher professional education

  • university student

  • university degree I

  • university II. degree

Language skills:

  • English language - intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge:

  • Microsoft Word - Advanced

  • Microsoft Excel - Advanced

  • Microsoft Outlook - Advanced

Number of years of experience:

  • 3 years

Driving licence:

  • type B

Personal prerequisites and skills:

  • experience in a similar position is a prerequisite

  • pleasant demeanor

  • proactive approach and willingness to find solutions

  • precision and attention to detail

  • professional approach to work

  • communication skills

  • time management, stress resistance

  • excellent skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook are a must

  • ability to work 8:30 - 17:00
